Insurance Premium Payment

For a Insurance Premium Payment, the following steps are to be followed:

  1. Dial *255# and select the “Business Payment” menu
  2. Select Insurance Premium Payment.
  3. Select the insurance company from the list.
  4. If the insurance company name is not in the list, select "Others". Skip this step otherwise.
  5. Enter insurance policy number.
  6. Enter Reference. Reference is normally small details about the transaction itself. The customer will be instructed if any reference is required.
  7. Enter the receiver’s IFIC Mobile Banking Account number (only if you have selected "Others").
  8. Enter the amount that you have to pay.
  9. Confirm the transaction by entering your secret PIN.
  10. Both of you and the receiver will get confirmation message.
